La Gloria Reserva is a boutique eco-hospitality destination. The booking experience centers on instant availability, guided extras (transport, experiences), and a clean, confidence-building flow that carries brand typography and imagery into CloudBeds. Guests can complete the journey online or switch to WhatsApp handoff for questions, while events (availability search, add-on selection, checkout start, purchase) are tracked for continuous optimization.
Shift Instagram-driven interest into trustworthy, direct bookings. We had to package rich visuals, testimonials, sustainability proof, clear policies, and anchor points for upsells inside a third-party engine (CloudBeds) without breaking brand continuity—or forcing guests into WhatsApp back-and-forth. The solution balanced credibility and clarity with a friction-light path to purchase, reducing reliance on OTAs and manual coordination.
